What a remarkable year 2025 has been for Arendelle Ltd. As we look back, I want to share some of the key moments that defined our journey, express my gratitude for your continued trust, and offer a clear view of what we aim to achieve in 2026. This year, we strengthened our commitment to delivering award winning virtual bookkeeping and admin services, expanded our offerings, and welcomed new leadership to guide our future.

Company Highlights and Recognitions
In 2025, Arendelle Ltd received official recognition from Corporate Vision Magazine as the Best Remote Bookkeeping & Payroll Service in the UK. This award reflects our dedication to helping UK businesses stay organised, compliant, and stress-free. It is a proud moment that confirms the value of our work and motivates us to maintain the highest standards.
Another highlight was our participation in the East Midlands Property Owners (EMPO) Derby Landlord & Letting Agent brunch. There, we shared practical insights on the Renters Rights Act administration and Making Tax Digital (MTD). This session helped landlords and agents understand important legislative changes and how to adapt their processes efficiently.

New Services and Business Growth
December 2024 marked the launch of our dedicated Landlord Admin Support service. This service was designed to prepare landlords for upcoming legislative changes, and it has been met with an enthusiastic response. In 2025, we onboarded 100% of new client enquiries for this service, demonstrating its relevance and demand.

Team News: Welcoming a New Director
A significant development in 2025 was the appointment of Madie Mason as Director of Operations on 23rd October. Madie joined Founder Heather Watson to bring fresh perspectives, strategic energy, and operational strength to Arendelle Ltd. Her experience and leadership are already making a positive impact on our direction and service delivery.
Having a strong leadership team is essential as we continue to expand and adapt. Madie’s addition ensures we remain focused on delivering practical solutions and maintaining the quality that earned us our award winning reputation.
Looking Ahead to 2026
As we move into 2026, our focus remains on supporting UK businesses with clear, reliable, and efficient back-office services. We plan to:
Expand our service offerings. We’re developing enhanced digital support packages and tools to help clients transition smoothly into MTD and new compliance frameworks
Provide educational content & webinars. Based on demand from our community (seen on LinkedIn and Facebook), we’ll be hosting informative workshops, tax-tech tutorials and landlord-focused briefings to help you understand and prepare for legislative changes
Expand our Landlord Admin Support service to cover more legislative updates and client needs
Enhance our virtual administrative support with new tools and technologies
Continue building strong relationships through events and partnerships
Invest in team development to maintain high service standards
